I'm Stacey — a storyteller, wife, and mom learning to live wide awake in both the sacred and the ordinary.
I used to think healing meant fixing myself — finding the right prayer, the right plan, the right way to make everything perfect again.
But what I’ve learned is that healing is really about remembering who you were before the world told you to be something else.
That understanding shaped my first book, Naked Truth, and continues to unfold through my upcoming release, The Unveiling. Both books share what happens when the mask slips and the spirit starts to speak — when you begin to see the divine even in your discomfort.
Today, that same honesty flows through my podcast, Practically Mindful Sh!t, where I talk about what mindfulness really looks like in the middle of real life — kids, deadlines, coffee spills, and all.

Whether I'm writing, speaking, or recording an episode, my goal is simple: to help people feel seen and safe enough to tell the truth about where they are — and hopeful enough to believe that where they are isn't the end of the story.
I'm not here to preach perfection or promise quick fixes. I'm here to hold space for the process — the kind that's messy, sacred, and still unfolding.
You'll find that same spirit in everything I create — from the podcast to The Sanctuary, my soon-to-come collection of mindful products and Daily Temple Care essentials.
It's all part of one mission: helping people come home to themselves — body, mind, and soul.

If I had to sum it up, I'd say my work is about helping people breathe again — especially the ones who've been holding it all in for too long.
I believe laughter is medicine. Tears are prayers. And ordinary life is where the divine does its best work.
That truth lives first at home — with my husband, Jeremie, and three daughters: Cayla, Cori, and Clarke. They are the heartbeat behind everything I create.
They remind me that healing isn't just something we talk about; it's something we practice together, in real time — through love, honesty, forgiveness, and a lot of laughter.
You don't have to be perfect to be present. You just have to be willing to pause long enough to notice that you're still here — and that's enough.
